The restaurant sits between Wells and Franklin streets at 217 W. Huron St. inside a 19th-century building that used to be a printing warehouse. A half mile west of Michigan Avenue and about a mile off of Interstate 94, the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Chicago restaurant is conveniently centered in the city. Graham Elliot, which opened in 2008, was the first gastronomic restaurant in Chicago, combining bistro décor with top-quality dishes. It spawned a whole new culinary genre in the city, and Graham Elliot continues to set the delicious example.
