In his role as executive vice president and general manager of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas, Brian Gullbrants oversees all aspects of resort operations for the two properties. Gullbrants joined the Wynn family in 2008 to supervise the opening of Encore, and in 2011 took on the additional responsibility of overseeing Wynn Las Vegas. Prior to joining Wynn, Gullbrants spent 20 years with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where he held various operational, general manager and corporate executive positions. As vice president of operations, he was responsible for managing all operational disciplines for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company worldwide.
