Guests can come as they are as The Spa at Stein Eriksen Lodge provides robes and sandals. The locker room has storage with locks and guests can enter their own special code. There are also showers and oversized towels so guests can shower after their treatments if they desire. -

What unique treatments are available at The Spa at Stein Eriksen Lodge?
One of the treatments unique to us is the Great Salt Stone Therapy, which uses hand carved and polished salt stones warmed to just the right temperature which purify and rejuvenate. We also have a Stein Body Polish which uses salt from the Great Salt Lake mixed with cedar and sage to rid the body of dead skin, leaving guests feeling refreshed and ready for their next adventure. Skier and Hiker Boot Relief bodywork treatment provides the perfect way to wind down after heading in from a day of hiking or skiing in our backyard. -

We have a variety of scrubs at The Spa. The Nordic Princess Vichy Shower is a tri-crystal microdermabrasion scrub. The Stein Body Polish h is a mix of cedar, sage and salt crystals from the Great Salt Lake. And finally, the Aspen Oasis Scrub is a gentle lavender-tangerine scrub. -

What kind of wraps are offered at The Spa at Stein Eriksen Lodge?
One of our wraps, the Alpine glow wrap, is an antibacterial wrap that includes a serum made of honeybee propolis and virgin olive oil. The propolis is a key ingredient produced by honeybees that wards off sickness and promotes health. The soothing eucalyptus wrap is a combination of aloe vera and eucalyptus treatment made for dry or irritated skin that so often accompanies dry mountain air.

Jill Van Ausdal joined The Spa at Stein Eriksen Lodge in July 2006 and spearheaded the $7.5 million renovation and development of its signature treatments. Van Ausdal handles day-to-day operations, working closely with all operational staff and catering to our spa guests. Prior to her time here, she served as spa director at both the Hyatt Lake Las Vegas Resort and Hyatt Waikiki in Honolulu.
