Day worked for Hilton Hotels in Asia Pacific for seven years, China, Malaysia and the Maldives. She met her husband in America, so stayed and opened the Mansion on Forsyth Park in Savannah Georgia. Day joined four Seasons in Philadelphia in 2007 as Assistant Director of Rooms and is now at at Waldorf Astoria Chicago.
