Steak and chops options range from a classic filet mignon ($54) or 20-ounce rib eye ($54), to mesquite-smoked prime rib ($50) and chile-rubbed rib eye and prime king crab ($74). Dress up your steak with luxe add-ons such as seared foie gras, oven-roasted lobster tail or garlic king prawns for an additional $15 to $20.
