What is the dress code at Postrio Bar & Grill?
Postrio Bar & Grill has a business casual dress code, with a more casual vibe on the restaurant’s terrace dining area. Thanks to the entertainment you’ll find in nearby St. Mark’s Square at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, you’ll be privy to the roving performers who put on shows throughout the day. If you’re looking for a little more upscale environment (without the requirement of a jacket, of course), we’d recommend heading into the main dining room, which offers the same great Bar & grill food with an added touch of class. The Las Vegas restaurant also has a separate bar and lounge area, which gives you just another option to enjoy chef Wolfgang Puck’s relaxed atmosphere and inventive fare.

What is the best table at Postrio Bar & Grill?
If you’re looking for an extra special experience, the best table at Postrio Bar & Grill would have to be the chef’s table. Here, you’ll have more space between you and your neighbors in the main dining room, and you’ll enjoy a more refined atmosphere than you will if you sit on the terrace at the Las Vegas restaurant. While the booths in the main dining room do offer some privacy, we still think the chef’s table is superior — not only is it a standout space, but the single globe chandelier that hangs above it adds another level of sophistication that makes it worth your while to reserve. Plus, with items like the American Kobe rib eye with Argentinean chimichurri and the lobster club sandwich, Postrio Bar & Grill gives you all the gastronomic and atmospheric reasons you need to choose this as your restaurant of choice inside the Venetian hotel.

Does Postrio Bar & Grill have a kids menu?
Unlike the majority of Las Vegas’ refined restaurants, Postrio Bar & Grill does have a separate kids’ menu. Kids, 11 years old and younger, can enjoy their own entrées for $6.95, which include pizza, grilled cheese, chicken fingers and cheesy parmesan pasta. Beverages include soft drinks, a Shirley Temple, a Roy Rogers, milk, chocolate milk and juices. And of course, no kids menu is complete without dessert. Your little diners can choose from vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce, chocolate chip cookies with milk and Wolfgang Puck’s banana split. There’s also a separate list of frozen treats that includes Spago strawberry-banana craze, an IBC root beer float and a Breezin’ piña colada (virgin, naturally). If you’re looking for a place where Mom and Dad can score a refined meal, but the kids still have something designed just for them, Postrio Bar & Grill offers the best of both worlds.

Is Postrio Bar & Grill a romantic restaurant?
Postrio Bar & Grill can certainly be a romantic restaurant, depending on where you sit. For a romantic meal, we recommend reserving a table inside the Las Vegas restaurant’s main dining room. This refined space offers a more peaceful environment than the terrace area, where you’ll have to contend with the bustle of St. Mark’s Square and the sounds of entertainers, shoppers and fellow patio diners. The action outside could make for a fun date night, but we think you’ll appreciate a reprieve from the nonstop square happenings in the dining room. The booths in this Wolfgang Puck restaurant give you a personal dining cubby, while the chef’s table sits you center stage and provides you with views in virtually every direction. Best of all, the Postrio Bar & Grill has no airs of pretension about it; it simply focuses on great food and a casual environment, so you can get as dressed up or dressed down as you want for your romantic outing. -

What are desserts like at Postrio Bar & Grill?
The desserts at Postrio Bar & Grill match the quality and variety you’d expect from a Wolfgang Puck restaurant. For $10 each, desserts jump from chocolate to fruit to frozen. What are the five best things to order at Postrio Bar & Grill?
Postrio Bar & Grill, celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck’s Las Vegas restaurant just outside St. Mark’s Square at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, offers classic bar food with Puck’s personal touches. Here’s our list of the five best things to order at Postrio:
1. Truffled potato chips. A lot of people love truffles, and a lot of people love potato chips. Put the two together; add a blue cheese sauce and you’ve got the Las Vegas restaurant’s signature appetizer.
2. Pizza. We’re partial to the prosciutto, kalamata olive, oven-dried tomatoes, basil pesto and goat cheese pizza. You’ll have a few other options, but this particular wood-oven baked pizza gives you a real taste of the Mediterranean.
3. Schnitzel. The Kurobata pork schnitzel, served with Austrian potatoes, marinated cherry tomatoes and whole grain mustard sauce harkens back to chef Puck’s Austrian heritage — you’ll get to enjoy all that history in one savory dish.
4. Rib-eye steak. This 9-ounce American Kobe cut with crisp potatoes, grilled asparagus and Argentinean chimichurri is one of the restaurant’s signature dishes. It melds flavors from around the world, all in one place.
5. Chocolate melting beignets. Just read that again: Chocolate melting beignets. That should be enough to sell you on this dessert, but if that’s not enough, maybe the caramel espresso ice cream and vanilla anglaise will do it for you. -

What is the price range for a meal at Postrio Bar & Grill?
The price for a meal at Postrio Bar & Grill doesn’t change too much between the lunch and dinner menus. The menu carries over a lot of dishes from lunch to dinner, with an added selection of sides and a few more main courses coming at dinnertime. Appetizers, soups and salads cost between $10 and $23; wood-oven baked pizzas cost between $15 and $18 for both lunch and dinner; and pasta dishes run between $19 and $24 for lunch and dinner. The main difference between the menus is most visible at dinner, where some main courses cost more than $30, such as the fish of the day and the rib-eye steak. Still, Postrio makes it easy to spend less than $75 per person for lunch or dinner. That’s a lot of bang for your buck, considering all the starters, pizzas, pastas and main dishes available — not to mention the chance to enjoy chef Wolfgang Puck’s casual yet delectable cuisine. -

What is the interior design of Postrio Bar & Grill?
Postrio Bar & Grill has an open, airy feel to it in both the main dining room and the terrace area. In the main dining room, you’ll see an overall contemporary design, which features sleek lines and rich colors with contrasting darks and lights around the room. For example, the white bay window frames stand out against the darker walls and bring in plenty of light, and the white ceiling and white tablecloths cut through the neutral-colored space. Out on the terrace, you’ll be exposed to a more open space as you sit adjacent to St. Mark’s Square. There, you’ll be able to see entertainers throughout the day, and at the opposite end of the hall, you’ll be able to catch a glimpse of the Grand Canal at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino. Though, Postrio is the restaurant in St. Mark’s Square that’s farthest from the canal. The interior design at Postrio matches chef Wolfgang Puck’s cuisine well, since both incorporate ideas you’re already comfortable with and add a sophisticated touch to make for a wholly original experience.
