Where is Twist by Pierre Gagnaire located?
Twist by Pierre Gagnaire, the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star restaurant by fusion-cuisine master Pierre Gagnaire, sits perched high on the 23rd floor of Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas hotel. The spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip out of the floor-to-ceiling windows combine with the textures, flavors and smells of each morsel for a complete sensory experience. Perhaps the only sense that wouldn’t be stimulated would be that of sound, as the restaurant nurses a more hushed tone to it than even many of Vegas’ other fine-dining spots. But that’s a good thing, letting you focus your attention on the food and not on the din of other diners.

On June 5Laura Janelle Downey answered the question:
What is the dress code at Twist by Pierre Gagnaire?
The dress code at Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Twist by Pierre Gagnaire is business casual. One should come dressed to impress at the upscale restaurant, which is located on the 23rd floor of Five-Star Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas. When I dined there, I wore a cocktail dress with jacket and heels. Women can wear that or opt for pants (or skirt) with a blouse. Men should wear a button-down shirt, jacket, pants and classic loafers. If you’re on a date, make sure you snag a seat by the window so you can have a view of the well-lit Strip at night. Gagnaire’s French cuisine is stellar so leave it up to the chef and go for the seasonal four-course tasting menu with accompanying wine pairing.
