Like its sister property, Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Encore Macau is no shrinking violet. Enter the all-suite hotel's dedicated lobby and the first thing you see is an enormous tank of luminous jellyfish swimming in a deep blue sea right behind the reception desk. Look up and you’ll be dazzled by a chandelier made from more than 1,300 rock crystals, with more crystals jutting out of wall installations beside fragrant, oversized flower arrangements. The beguiling hotel, which opened in 2010, has its own plush spa, chic dining and shopping outlets (Chanel, Cartier, Piaget), and is connected to Wynn’s gaming areas, pool and gardens.

Encore Macau is adjacent — and connected — to the rest of the Wynn Macau resort, with a separate lobby for check-in at Rua Cidade de Sintra and Avenida 24 de Junho. The territory of Macau is divided into three parts, called Macau, Taipa and Coloane. Encore Macau is located in Macau, the northernmost part, near the Ponte Governador Nobre de Carvalho, which connects Macau and Taipa. The Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star resort is just a short shuttle ride from the Macau Ferry Terminal.
