The menu at Azul features an eclectic mix of Miami-inspired dishes with both Latin and Asian influences. Seafood is strongly represented with dishes such as hamachi escabeche, cobia crudo, crispy Mediterranean sea bass, lobster Thermidor 2012, and tuna poké to name some of the coast-inspired options. If you want pure luxury, the menu offers two kinds of caviar, truffle steak tartare, savory and sweet foie gras crème brûlée and a beef duet that features tender Wagyu beef cheeks and a melt-in-your-mouth tenderloin. Seasonal produce and colorful edible flowers play a supporting role to the all the delicious offerings.
