Near the baccarat tables, you’ll find the High Limit Bar. The European pool’s shaded spots come with fully stocked mini-fridges, including water, soda, sports drinks and snacks. If you miss this 48-hour window, you’ll be charged for one night’s room and tax, without even trying out the cushy Wynn Dream Beds. But if you’re planning to party into the New Year at Tower Suites at Encore, pay special attention to the holiday cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a room at the Five-Star hotel for the last night of the year — what a shame — you’re required to give at least 30 days notice. New Year’s Eve is one of Las Vegas’ busiest nights, so they don’t take any chances that rooms will go empty.
