The Spa at Trump’s 6,000-square-foot Health Club is also available for hotel guests’ use on an entirely complimentary basis. The hotel proudly offers complimentary shoe-shining services, as well.

The stunning chandelier is 19 feet long and made up of 19,000 individual crystals. The 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows found in every room perfectly frame the city outside your window. Perhaps one of the best views is in room 2400. Facing east, this one bedroom suite has a picture-perfect view of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River and puts guests eye-to-eye with the famous Wrigley Clock Tower. This beautiful suite also comes with a working, electric fireplace. There are few things as enjoyable as curling up to the fireplace on a cold, Chicago evening. 1. Immediately following your arrival, guests must go on an architectural boat tour. With Wendella boats docking along the south side of the plaza it could not be easier to embark upon one. Guests will enjoy a beautiful 90-minute tour of the city from this unique vantage point while learning the city’s storied history.
2. Once they have enjoyed the view from below, guests must see the city from above. The sky deck at the Willis Tower is a large glass ledge that extends out from the building and has a clear floor for brave visitors to step out onto. On a clear day, you can see all the way to Michigan.
3. Calm your nerves with some retail therapy along the Magnificent Mile of North Michigan Avenue. This mile stretch of high-end shops is one of the most famous shopping districts in the country and there is sure to be something for everyone. Should riders need another line, they are not far from the State and Lake streets stop in the city’s business district, known as the Loop. For self-parking, the first 30 minutes costs $8 and it increases to $46 for 12 to 24 hours. Valet parking prices go up a bit, with the starting rate for 30 minutes listed as $18, all the way up to $55 for 12 to 24 hours. There are also specific prices if you visit the hotel for a meal or spa treatment: Parking for the banquet facilities is $25, while trips to Sixteen and Spa at Trump cost $16. These have been produced for the hotel specifically by a wonderful line from Ontario, Hunter Amenities International. Our products are made with plant derived extracts, and natural lubricants to enhance hair and body. They are free of parabens and petrochemicals; these products will leave guests feeling naturally refreshed and revitalized. The Spa at Trump worked hand in hand with Hunter Amenities International to develop a product that reflected the values of the spa and was in line with their natural and holistic approach to cleansing.
In the room, guests will find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, hand soap, body butter and an exquisite sugar scrub. All of these products are replaced daily by housekeeping and a great takeaway when guests depart the hotel. -

Each machine has its own personal television immediately in front of them, allowing for a completely personalized workout experience.
In addition to these options, guests are welcome to get their heart rate going by enjoying a spin class in one of our beautiful exercise studios or swimming laps in the 75-foot-long heated indoor pool. For a more personalized workout, guests are able to schedule personal training sessions with the Spa at Trump’s incredibly talented personal training staff. The Spa at Trump’s membership director, Caroline Rawlings, strives to routinely update the schedule and keep classes exciting and relevant. Some featured classes include various levels of spin classes, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, strength and conditioning and power walking. Classes are available to all guests for a nominal fee and are free to Spa at Trump Health Club members. Specialty classes have also included candlelight yoga on Valentine’s Day and a vigorous pumpkin workout on Halloween. While a majority of classes are held in the two studios, certain seasonal, summer classes take place on the hotel’s 1.2-acre riverfront plaza. These include sunrise yoga and lake front power walking.
Should you prefer a more personalized, intimate workout experience, the Spa at Trump happily offers personal training classes. Our skilled set of certified trainers is available throughout the day and is delighted to work with you to achieve your goals. We are also able to accommodate requests for a nutritionist as well. Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago’s gym uses the state-of-the-art brand, Technogym for the weight-training equipment, as well as cardio machines. Technogym’s products are the result of a great deal of medical, physical and scientific research to produce machines that maximize a workout. The Spa at Trump has 15 resistance machines, one for each major muscle in the body. These include the following machines: chest press, chest fly, seated rowing, lateral pull down, abdominal crunch, shoulder press, shoulder lateral raise, tricep press, bicep curl, leg press, leg hamstring curl, leg extension, glute machine, abductor machine and adductor machine. All of these machines are in the cardio room along the wall.
In the separate free weight room, guests will find a host of weights available to them. These include the radiant-cable cross over, squat machine, bench press, various other benches, free weights up to 75 pounds and the unique Technogym Kinesis machine. The only luxury hotel to have this machine in the city, it combines many different machines to give you an optimized 30-minute workout. Also in this room are mats, weight balls and jump ropes, all available to incorporate into your workout.

These stations are frequently refreshed to keep the water cold and refreshing. Chicago is a city full of athletes, ergo Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago it is very friendly to joggers. Dozens of routes exist throughout the city but the absolute favorite of new and veteran joggers alike would be along Lake Michigan. There are 18 miles on uninterrupted trail for athletes to jog, run, walk, bike, rollerblade or even Segway down. It is the perfect way to see the city’s skyline from all angles and get a true view of the incredible architecture that has made Chicago so famous.
In addition to the lakefront, there are plenty of other areas to move about. The jogging route that encircles the large Grant Park is a wonderful way to explore the historic park and fair grounds. Home to frequent festivals and concerts, it houses one of the country’s largest fountains, Buckingham Fountain. It’s a wonderful way to see this part of the city, as well.
All of these wonderful routes are easily accessible from the hotel. Our East Entrance will put joggers on the right path immediately. Additionally in the business center guests will find a midsize copier for their needs. A fax machine is also available for outgoing domestic faxes. Any incoming fax needs to be directed to the hotel’s main fax line and will be delivered to them.

Hourly rates for one or two children are $25; three children are $30. These rates apply to children of the same family, with rates varying for multiple family affairs. They maintain a strict four-hour cancellation policy, with a $100 fee for appointments cancelled within four hours. Appointments cancelled with appropriate notice are without any sort of penalty or fee. Please let the concierge know if you would like to arrange for a sitter and they will be happy to arrange it. -

While there is not golf available on property at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, there are a handful of public courses in the city and a great variety of private courses in the surrounding area. The closest course is the beautiful nine-hole Sydney R. Marovitz course, right along Lake Michigan. This course is one of the more difficult ones in the city but offers spectacular views from every hole. To the east is Lake Michigan and to the south is the towering and impressive city skyline. This particular course costs $23 for nine holes during the week and $26 on the weekend. There are also rental opportunities, as well, for those traveling without their own clubs.
Should guests look to venture out of the edge of the city and beyond they will find excellent golf opportunities available to them. Clubs like Cog Hill in Lemont, Ill. and Beverly Country Club in Chicago are available for guests to enjoy. Most notably, however, is the Medinah Country Club. It is a historic Chicago course that will be the golf epicenter for the 2012 Ryder Cup. When Ivanka Trump was designing the guestrooms in Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, there were a few things that she wanted to customize to the Trump Hotel Collection. Perhaps something overlooked by many designers and guests alike but in reality of great importance, is the closet height. Ivanka realized that because of the number of galas and events being held in the city and in the hotel, many women in the hotel would have long, formal gowns. Because of this, she insisted that the closet heights and bar be higher to prevent gowns from dragging on the floor and wrinkling. This special touch is a favorite of fashionable women everywhere.
Beyond the bar height, the closets are large, spacious and numerous; there are two closets in every room and suite. They include luggage stands, shoe horns, hangers and all laundry and shoe shine materials. The spa guestroom closets have a special treat in them, as well. When housekeeping turns these rooms down at the end of the day, they will turn on a warming box for a special neck and eye pillow. These pillows are lavender scented and are the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. -

One favorite though, that makes appearances throughout the year is the pork belly and tenderloin. Cooked to perfection, it’s plated and then covered with a creamy polenta, roasted peach, mustard greens and topped off with a bourbon espuma.
Otherwise, the best dinner option at Sixteen is to do the chef’s eight course blind tasting menu. Both New World and Old World regions have plenty of space on the pages of the wine list and our director of wine and spirits, Rachael Lowe, is driven to highlight a variety of small, up-and-coming wines from smaller, lesser known regions and of interesting varietals. In total, there are approximately 4500-5000 different bottles in house. Guests at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago can enjoy drinks at the hotel’s chic and sophisticated lounge, Rebar. Located on the hotel’s mezzanine level, it serves inventive cocktails and offer a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. In the summer, guests can additionally indulge in handcrafted cocktails on the hotel’s outdoor Terrace at Trump. The views from the terrace perched on the 16th floor are worth a dedicated evening.
Should guests prefer to go off property, Trump Chicago’s location makes it the perfect nightlight jumping off point. While Chicago is easily accessible by taxicab, the hotel is fortunately only a block away from one of the most popular and chic streets lined with bars and clubs in Chicago: Hubbard Street. Four blocks of bars line Hubbard Street, each offering excellent cocktails and many with an exciting dance floor, as well. Guests looking for a trendy scene can enjoy a traditional cocktail at Hubbard Inn or on Epic’s rooftop. Eating out with children can often be a challenge for families, especially if they care to eat somewhere nice; but it doesn’t need to be at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago. When dining at Trump Chicago, the best choice for families is the hotel’s signature restaurant, Sixteen. Serving three meals a day and an incredible brunch on Sunday, the restaurant is happy to offer a children’s menu that offers traditional children’s favorites but have been executed with the same gourmet precision as the adult menu. These items include macaroni and cheese, pizza bagels and for breakfast, delicious French toast sticks. Trump Kids are also encouraged to order a kiddie mocktail and indulge in a Shirley Temple or Roy Roger. Brunch at Sixteen is perhaps the best option for children, as the dozens of breakfast and dessert stations will keep them smiling all day long.
Should parents prefer a gourmet meal in their room, the in-room dining menu can accommodate any request. If kids have a favorite they do not see on the menu, they need only ask and it will be theirs. -

The children’s room service menu at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago reads like a fairytale for our Trump Kids. They can awake to the smell of freshly toasted French toast sticks or indulge in a mile-high plate of silver dollar pancakes. Accompanied by one of the hotel’s signature fruit smoothies, it’s a perfect start to an adventure packed day in Chicago. For lunch or dinner, some star options include grilled cheese triangles — served with fries, fruits or soup, a mini burger, pizza sub and chicken fingers. Dessert is not to be forgotten though with an outstanding Oberweis orange sherbet push pop.
The whole menu should not be overlooked for children, however, as there are many wonderful options that many children would enjoy. The entire pizza and pasta section is very kid-friendly, as are the various sandwich and quesadilla options. As it is for adults, if you do not see your child’s favorite dish on the menu, you need only call and request it. -

Brunch in Chicago is enjoying a huge surge in popularity and Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago has been leading the way since we opened in 2008. Every Sunday guests will find Sixteen restaurant full of content brunch goers. Served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., brunch at Sixteen is served as an expansive buffet. Guests will be escorted to their table and offered various juices and morning cocktails. Afterwards they will be given a tour of the various food stations and options available to them.
Brunch stations vary from week to week but always include a few favorites. Guests will always find an expansive bagel selection with all of the appropriate accouterments like freshly sliced vegetables, cream cheeses and smoked salmon. Nearby they will see the delectable omelet station, where guests are able to make their own custom omelet. Further down the line, diners will encounter a wonderful cheese spread with cheeses from all over the world of all varieties. Guests can then choose from the full raw bar, sushi offerings and multiple carving stations. Kids will also find a wonderful selection of items for them like mini hamburgers and hot dogs, macaroni and cheese, fruit cups, chicken tenders and Caesar salad. This is all topped off by the extraordinary dessert station, put together by executive pastry chef Sarah Kosikowski.
