Hidden in the labyrinthine underground corridors of the Regent Beijing is a large indoor lap pool, temperature-controlled throughout the year. There is no natural light in the pool area, but there are some natural elements like the textured stone walls and a ceiling bedecked with thin wood slats. In fact, with row upon row of plush lounging beds and sexy low lighting, the room feels like a secret grotto. Towels are readily available, while fresh fruit juice, vegetable juice and healthy snacks are served at an adjacent juice bar. And to complete your hydrotherapy experience, stone-surrounded Jacuzzis and plunge pools are also available on a complimentary basis.
