The Umstead Spa offers three different treatments that incorporate acupressure. The 25-minute reflexology foot massage is available on its own or added to another service for extra pampering. The second reflexology treatment is the Red Flower Japanese Ritual, a 75- or 90-minute treatment that blends layers of natural ingredients and scents onto your skin to stimulate blood flow through the body. Finally, The Umstead Spa offers The Cherry Blossom Ritual, a five-step treatment that revives you with an enzyme exfoliation of lemon and papaya followed by an extended foot massage and a full-body massage.

We have three treatments that offer acupressure. The first is reflexology for 25 minutes which can be a treatment by itself or as an add-on treatment. The second is the Red Flower Japan treatment for either 75 or 90 minutes. This touches on Shiatsu points throughout the massage. The last is the Cherry Blossom Ritual, which features an exfoliation and an extended foot massage that works points along the foot similar to the reflexology.
