Even the desserts follow the Dos Caminos Mod-Mex cuisine philosophy — traditional flavors with a modern twist. Options include the dark chocolate tamal, Mexican banana split and chocolate mousse cake, among others. The Crepas de Cajeta, or crepes with caramelized milk, come served with roasted bananas, goat’s milk caramel, vanilla bean ice cream and candied pistachios, while the Tres Leches Flan is a traditional Mexican caramel custard topped with mixed berry salsita.
