Designing the table settings at The Inn at Dos Brisas is like dressing a fine lady — every detail from the dress to the jewelry must be considered. Rather than silk and pearls, you’ll notice that fine linens and detailed considerations form these tables, making the only Five-Star restaurant in Texas exude simple elegance. The intimate seven tables are neatly topped with white tablecloths, fine Riedel glassware and Bernardaud china, while a custom black charger embossed with the Texas restaurant’s horse logo centers in each setting. A small white lamp sits on the tables, along with a vase holding a single rose. Near the seats, rectangular leather purse stools add a nice touch for the ladies carrying big Louis Vuitton bags. From the embossed chargers to the roses, the tables look as beautifully dressed as the purse-toting women.
