What is the cancellation policy at Gordon Ramsay at the London?

Gordon Ramsay at the London does not have a cancellation policy; but, out of courtesy, please let the restaurant know if you cannot make your reservation — reservations are taken up to a year in advance at this highly sought-out Four-Star New York restaurant. However, we don’t recommend cancelling and missing out on Gordon Ramsay’s inspired menu of regional specialties. Start the evening off with Maine diver sea scallops or Hudson Valley foie gras. For the main course, Colorado lamb or caramelized Long Island duck breast won’t be forgotten. End the night with chocolate soufflé with fresh mint ice cream and a glass of wine from the restaurant’s extensive list.
