What is the cancellation policy at Immerse Spa?

  1. Immerse Spa requests that if you can’t make your appointment, or if you have to change the date or time, that you cancel at least 24 hours before its set to begin. You will not be penalized until four hours before the designated appointment. Cancel within that window and you will be charged 50 percent of the cost for the service you were scheduled to undertake. If you’re a total no-show, you will be charged for the full treatment. The spa will make these charges on your credit card (which you have to in order to hold your reservation).
