What is the cheese course like at Pinot Brasserie?

  1. At Pinot Brasserie, we offer a fromage platter. The guest may choose five from our offerings of 20 to 30 cheeses from around the world. Our collection emphasizes French cheese. The choices include cheeses from cow, sheep and goat. The platter is served with candied nuts, figs, prunes, apricots, honeycomb, grapes and an assortment of crostini.
