  1. The Spa at the Hazelton Hotel in Toronto does not require an advance deposit to reserve your appointment. However, when you book your treatments, you will be required to give a credit card number for the spa to keep on file. You don’t have to pay with this card, but if you don’t show up for your appointment, then your card will be charged the full price of all the treatments you were supposed to enjoy. Yikes! If you do have to cancel for any reason, be sure to give at least 24 hours’ notice; calling the Spa at the Hazelton in Toronto to cancel a mere hour or two before your appointment will still result in the full charge on your credit card.
