To reserve an appointment at the spa, call directly, book online or drop by the reception desk in person. There’s a reason the Four-Star spa takes your credit card digits when you schedule a visit: It will charge you 50 percent of your treatment cost if you don’t cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you made appointments for multiple treatments, you have to cancel 48 hours in advance. No-shows will have to pony up for the full price of all treatments.
