The most important thing you need to know about the menu at Herons is that it's always changing; the chef goes the extra mile to make sure the Five-Star restaurant's menu reflects what's in season, which means you'll find a different selection in the summer than you will in the fall, winter or spring. But that's part of the beauty of Herons — you'll almost never have the same visit twice. The changing menu also means that each dish, from the perfectly seared king salmon entrée to the intriguing sweet ratatouille dessert, is made fresh from locally grown produce.
