Does The Cloister charge any fees?
Although certain things come complimentary, The Cloister does charge a nightly resort fee, which covers access to all the amenities on the property. Though you don’t have a choice whether or not you want to pay the $35 a night, there are plenty of things included in this to make it worth it. You have access to wireless Internet in your room as well as in the public areas, along with 24-hour valet with in and out privileges. You’ll also be able to use the 65,000-square-foot Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star spa, where the gym is located. The nightly charge covers local and toll-free calls, as well as access to the business center. Lastly, the $35 gives you access to the Sea Island Beach Club, where you’ll find the pool and plenty of activities.
