The best way to get an appointment at The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is to call directly and speak with a member of the spa’s concierge. A valid credit card number is required to guarantee your treatment, but you don’t have to pay a deposit. You can also book in person through the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore’s concierge, who just might be able to sneak you in last-minute if you’re flexible about availability and the treatment you’d like.
Keep in mind the Five-Star spa is intimate, with just six treatment rooms — two of which are ideal for couples treatments — so booking early is the best way to get the time and therapy you’d like. We suggest making an appointment two weeks in advance, and no fewer than two to three days before. The spa is open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. so you do have a wide window for booking, whether you opt for the signature Time Rituals treatment that’s customized for you or the Oriental Harmony therapy, in which two therapists give you a warm scrub and a simultaneous head and foot massage.
