What is Spa at the Hazelton's waiting area like?
The waiting area at Spa at the Hazelton in Toronto is comfortable and intimate. The whole spa is quite small — just four treatment rooms on the luxury hotel’s Health Club level — and the waiting area is simple a small alcove off of the reception area with a few plush armchairs and some magazines. Like most of the hotel, the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star spa is quite dark, which adds to the private, exclusive ambiance, but makes it difficult to actually read those tabloid articles. If you do have some time to kill before your treatments, we suggest lounging in the locker room instead; it has bright lighting, comfortable seating and a small television. Spa guests also get full access to Health Club amenities, including the saltwater pool, eucalyptus steam room and fitness center, so you should definitely take advantage if you have the time.
