The table arrangements are quite comfortable and cozy at the Dining Room at Mayflower Inn. The main dining room, called the Center Dining Room, features small two-seater tables with cushioned dark-wood antique chairs. These are great places to gaze out onto the perfectly manicured landscape at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Mayflower Inn & Spa, as they line the restaurant’s windows. However, we especially like the leather banquettes in the center of the room at the Dining Room at Mayflower Inn. You do not need to make a reservation at the Dining Room at Mayflower Inn. However, the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Connecticut hotel does recommend that you make a reservation at their restaurant, especially if you have a specific table request. The good news is that you will not be penalized if you decide to cancel your reservation later. The staff at the Dining Room at Mayflower Inn will try to solicit dining times from you, but if you can’t commit, that’s fine, too.
